These evaluations are of great importance because Diebold Nixdorf has service level agreement contracts with both its customers and its own suppliers. Failure to meet the agreed-upon performance results in penalty claims.

The potential uses of SKOOR at BEKB with its 470,000 customers are far from being fully utilized. During the project, new ideas emerged, some of which have already been implemented or are planned for the future. In the future, the information provided by the dashboard should also trigger direct actions automatically. An example of this is emails that inform branch managers shortly before ATM servicing. This way, they know when the service will not be available and can plan accordingly.

All in all, I am very satisfied with SKOOR’s new tool and see a lot of potential for further optimizations within Migros.

Of course, there are other tools that could meet our needs. However, when looking for tools that can process data from multiple different sources and offer similar high flexibility as SKOOR, these are no longer within reach for small and medium-sized enterprises. In this form, what we receive from SKOOR is unique.

In this phase, SKOOR has worked very professionally, managed the project, kept the objectives in mind, and continually reported on the progress. SKOOR’s solution has also benefited us in other areas. Goods deliveries are just one example within the company where delivery times matter. And with SKOOR, we have a tool that allows us to analyze and optimize them.

Our customers increasingly want to see the current status of their services. Today, we offer customers a top view that shows the availability of their services. It is important for customers to see whether the indicator for each service is green, yellow, or even red.
